Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to provide virtual instruction and support to students across Michigan. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about accessibility and want the flexibility of a remote position.
Position Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual instruction tailored to the needs of students with hearing impairments

Support students in developing communication, language, and academic skills

Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents to promote student success

Provide consultation and training to general education staff

Monitor and document student progress and contribute to IEP development
Requirements:

Active Michigan teaching license with DHH endorsement

Bachelors or Masters degree in Deaf Education or related field

Previous experience working in school settings preferred

Comfortable with virtual learning platforms and remote service delivery

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
