In this role, you will work with a diverse student population, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As a vital member of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions that cater to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose issues with speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support and address communication needs.
• Conduct screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in team meetings to ensure effective planning.
• Advocate for students, deliver training to staff, and engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Indiana Teaching Certification required
• Indiana SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

• 1099 Position 
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $40-$50 
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
