Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a meaningful impact through virtual education? We are seeking a talented SLP to join our team, providing exceptional online speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and implement customized IEPs.
• Provide direct therapy services, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to enhance students’ communication support.
• Conduct assessments, maintain comprehensive records, and engage in team meetings for effective planning.
• Advocate for students, stay current with the latest research, and engage in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Current Minnesota Teaching Certification required
• Minnesota SLP license optional
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $40-$50
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
