Are you a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives from the comfort of your home? We’re seeking a dedicated SLP to provide top-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

You’ll work closely with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential. As a key member of our teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and implement IEPs to meet students' needs.
• Deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to address students’ communication challenges.
• Conduct screenings, maintain accurate records, and participate in team discussions for coordinated planning.
• Support student development through advocacy, staff training, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
• Florida SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $35-$45
