Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to positively influence students’ lives while working remotely? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you will work closely with a diverse group of students, assisting them in overcoming communication challenges and achieving their full potential. As a vital member of our innovative teletherapy team, you will partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to craft individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Administer direct therapy services, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Work with teachers, parents, and staff to support students' communication abilities.
- Perform screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and engage in planning meetings with the team.
- Champion advocacy for students, stay updated on field developments, and engage in ongoing professional education.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Vermont Teaching Certification required
- Active Vermont SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
