Support Student Growth as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist!

Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to create positive change in students’ lives? We are seeking an SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

Help students tackle communication barriers and succeed academically. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to design individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver targeted therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and assess speech, language, and voice disorders, crafting IEPs for individualized student needs.
Provide direct therapy services, monitor outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with school personnel and parents to address communication challenges.
Conduct screenings, maintain detailed documentation, and engage in team meetings for comprehensive support.
Champion student needs through advocacy, staff training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
Delaware SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $42+
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
