Position Details:

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and create, revise, and update IEPs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored interventions.
Maintain consistent communication with parents and lead IEP meetings.
Adjust curriculum and classroom settings to meet individual student needs.
Design and implement behavioral intervention plans using positive reinforcement.
Track student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and document results.
Ensure adherence to legal requirements and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Special Education
Developmental Delay License
Valid teaching certification in Minnesota
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Special Education Case Management
Strong experience hosting virtual meetings via Zoom
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
