Vocovision is seeking a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an amazing school in Georgia.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia.

• Knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and professionals.

• Ability to manage caseloads and work independently.

As a Virtual SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders in a virtual school environment. You will work with a diverse range of students, utilizing teletherapy technology to deliver therapy services remotely. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities through online platforms.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and student goals.

• Providing virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies.

• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support integrated treatment plans.

• Monitoring student progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Educating students, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies for carryover outside of therapy sessions.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
