Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, School-Based
Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP, End Date: Will renew
Hourly Rate: $47-52, covering direct and indirect services (equivalent to $80-90k salary, based off 10-month period
Hours: Full-Time, 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM (School Hours)
Caseload: 60 Students, Prekindergarten Threes through Third Grade
IEP System: MOIEP
Disabilities: Mild to Moderate
Job Description:
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote services for students in a school setting. This full-time position involves managing a caseload of students from Prekindergarten threes through Third Grade, with disabilities ranging from mild to moderate. The SLP will provide speech therapy services and ensure that each student's speech and language needs are met according to their Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 60 students (Prekindergarten threes through Third Grade)
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with speech-related disabilities
- Case manage students receiving speech services, including documentation and progress tracking
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student development
- Implement IEP goals and monitor student progress
- Utilize MOIEP for all IEP documentation and reporting
- Attend virtual meetings as necessary
- Ensure compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland licensure and ASHA certification
- Must have Maryland education/teaching certification through the Department of Ed
- Experience with IEP systems (MOIEP preferred)
- Experience working with mild to moderate disabilities
