Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and assess disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy, track student progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Partner with educators, parents, and school staff to support effective communication strategies.
• Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and actively participate in team planning sessions.
• Advocate for students, stay updated on industry developments, and engage in ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Oregon Teaching Certification optional
• Oregon SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
