In this role, you’ll work with a diverse student population, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and apply customized IEPs for each student.
• Offer direct therapy services, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Partner with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address communication challenges.
• Conduct screenings, keep accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings for strategic planning.
• Advocate for students' communication needs, stay informed about new practices, and engage in professional learning.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Ohio Teaching Certification 
• Ohio SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $45-$55
