Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, School-Based
Location: Remote | Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: 60 students, Pre-K through 3rd Grade | Disabilities: Mild to Moderate
Hourly Rate: $47-52/hr ($80-90k annually) | Hours: 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM (School Hours)

About the Role:
VocoVision is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our remote clinical network. As an SLP, you will provide speech therapy services to students in a school environment, helping them improve communication skills and meet their individual education plan (IEP) goals. The position involves working with a caseload of 60 students, primarily ranging from Pre-Kindergarten to Third Grade, addressing mild to moderate speech and language difficulties.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Caseload: Work with 60 students, from Pre-K to 3rd grade, delivering tailored speech therapy.
- IEP Support: Provide therapy aligned with IEP goals and document progress using the MOIEP system.
- Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students' needs are met.
- Documentation: Complete progress reports and IEP updates on an ongoing basis.
- Virtual Team Meetings: Participate in team discussions and professional development sessions.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certifications: Maryland licensure, ASHA certification, and Maryland Department of Education certification.
- Experience: Familiarity with MOIEP system and experience working with mild to moderate disabilities.
