Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist eager to make a difference while working from home? We are looking for an experienced SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children in Pennsylvania.
In this role, you'll work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students in overcoming communication challenges. You will play a key role in developing and implementing personalized education plans (IEPs) and delivering effective therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, while developing and implementing tailored IEPs.
- Provide therapy, track student progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.
- Conduct evaluations, keep detailed records, and actively participate in team planning meetings.
- Advocate for students, stay current with the latest practices, and participate in professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license.
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification.
- At least 2 years of experience working with students facing communication challenges.
- Experience with virtual therapy preferred.
- Stable internet connection and computer (Chromebooks/tablets not permitted).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Independent contractor (1099) position.
- Guaranteed weekly hours and pay for both direct and indirect services.
