Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time, School-Based

Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: $47-52 ($80-90k annually, based on a 10-month school year)
Hours: Full-Time, 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM (School Hours)
Caseload: 60 Students, Pre-K to Third Grade
Disabilities: Mild to Moderate
IEP System: MOIEP

Job Description:
VocoVision is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide remote speech therapy to students in a school setting. You’ll work with 60 students, Pre-K through Third Grade, with mild to moderate speech and language delays. Your role includes delivering therapy, documenting progress, and collaborating with staff and families to meet IEP goals.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy to a caseload of 60 students
Monitor and document progress, aligning therapy with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Complete IEP documentation using MOIEP system
Attend virtual team meetings as needed

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Maryland licensure and ASHA certification
Experience with IEP systems (MOIEP preferred)
Familiarity with mild to moderate disabilities
