Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

VocoVision has teamed up with an excellent school district in the Pasco, WA area to seek a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year. Applicants must have prior experience in a school setting to be considered for this remote role. The district is eager to fill this position, so apply today for prompt consideration!

Please note that you do not need to reside in Washington State; however, you must hold a license in both your home state and Washington.

Job Details:

Position: Full-time for the 2024-2025 School Year
Compensation: $50-$60 per hour, paid weekly
Experience Level: Compensation based on virtual experience
Responsibilities: Includes both direct and indirect services
Contract Type: Independent contractor position
Insurance: Professional liability insurance required upon offer
Additional Information: Further details regarding scheduling and caseload will be provided during the Zoom interview with the director/coordinator

Responsibilities:

Conduct remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses related to speech, voice, hearing, and language disorders.
Primarily provide supervision and indirect services.
Collaborate virtually with educators and school staff to implement effective interventions.

Experience Required:

Minimum of two years in a school-based environment is necessary.

Certification:

Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
Up-to-date state clearances (including fingerprints, TB testing if applicable, background check, etc.)
