Speech Tele-Therapist (1.0 FTE) – School-Based Position
Position Overview:
- Start: ASAP
- End: End of School Year (EOSY)
- Work Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
- Compensation: $50–$55 per hour, based on virtual therapy experience (includes both direct and indirect services)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Tele-Therapist to join our clinical network at a St. Paul, MN school district. This role involves providing speech therapy services to students in grades K-8 with mild to moderate disabilities. You will work closely with the Special Education team and the on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver services and assist with evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Assist the on-site SLP with evaluations and therapy plans
- Collaborate with the Special Education team to ensure student success
- Serve students with mild to moderate disabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (MN SLP) license
- Contractors must have an active state license or teaching certificate before beginning work, per Minnesota PELSB guidelines
