- Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with visual impairments.
- Provide instruction in core subjects and skills that enhance independence and mobility.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor the progress of students, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education for the Visually Impaired or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification in Visual Impairment Education.
- Proficiency in Braille and adaptive technology.
