Job Responsibilities:

Collaborative Teamwork:
Work alongside diverse teams of professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, dietitians, and educators, to develop a comprehensive support system for our students.

Personalized Therapy:
Create and deliver tailored therapy materials and sessions that address the varied skill levels and specific needs of each student, ensuring they receive the individualized attention they require.

Assessment and Strategy Development:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge student progress and needs, and help formulate behavior management strategies and crisis intervention plans that foster a positive educational atmosphere.

Managing Student Caseloads:
Oversee a caseload of students from kindergarten to twelfth grade, enhancing their communication abilities and aiding their academic development.

Flexible Full-Time Schedule:
Maintain a flexible full-time schedule, generally working between 37.5 to 40 hours each week, allowing you to balance your personal and professional commitments.

Qualifications:

• Required Credentials: CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and ASHA certification.
• Experience: Experience working with students is essential, showcasing your ability to effectively connect and communicate.
• Licensure: Must possess valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Delaware.
• Eligibility: Candidates should meet state licensure requirements.
• Preferred Skills: Bilingual abilities are a bonus, helping us serve our diverse student population.
