Telehealth Speech Therapy Role | St. Paul, MN School District

Full-Time School-Based Speech Tele-Therapist (1.0 FTE)

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of School Year (EOSY)
• Work Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
• Hourly Compensation: $50–$55 per hour, based on virtual experience (includes direct and indirect therapy)

About the Role:

• Location: St. Paul, MN School District
• Grades: Kindergarten through 8th grade
• Caseload: 30 students
• Primary Duties:
  • Deliver direct speech therapy to students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with the educational department
  • Work alongside the on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for assessments
  • Partner with the Special Education staff to support student needs
  • Focus on students with mild to moderate disabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (MN SLP) license
• Contractors must have a valid, active state license or teaching certificate before beginning work (MN PELSB requirement)
