Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate communication disorders, implementing individualized IEPs to address specific needs.
- Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create a supportive environment for communication development.
- Perform screenings, document assessments, and participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
- Champion advocacy for students, provide training resources for staff, and engage in professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Kansas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:

- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
