Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and evaluate communication disorders, implementing individualized IEPs to address specific needs.
• Deliver direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create a supportive environment for communication development.
• Perform screenings, document assessments, and participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
• Champion advocacy for students, provide training resources for staff, and engage in professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Kansas SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
