Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique needs.
- Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to create inclusive and supportive learning environments.
- Track and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet the needs of each student while ensuring compliance with Nevada's special education regulations.
- Utilize interactive teletherapy tools to maintain student engagement and improve learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nevada SPED certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- At least two years of experience working with students with disabilities.
- Comfortable using technology and virtual learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
