Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique needs.
Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction tailored to diverse learning styles.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to create inclusive and supportive learning environments.
Track and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet the needs of each student while ensuring compliance with Nevada's special education regulations.
Utilize interactive teletherapy tools to maintain student engagement and improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

Valid Nevada SPED certification.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
At least two years of experience working with students with disabilities.
Comfortable using technology and virtual learning platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a remote setting.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
