Job Overview

Start Date: Immediate openings available
Hours: 37.5 per week (full-time)
Work Setting: Remote-only
Responsibilities: Oversee RBTs on-site, design interventions, and provide input for IEP meetings.

Required Credentials

Master’s degree in Education or Special Education
Active BCBA license in Massachusetts
DESE Licensure through the Department of Education
Preferred: Virtual supervision experience and 3+ years in the field

Expectations for Contractors

Independent contractor role (1099)
Maintain liability insurance
Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
Pass a basic technology screening
