Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a rewarding remote opportunity? We’re looking for an enthusiastic SLP to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this position, you’ll support students in overcoming communication barriers and reaching their full potential. Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, designing individualized IEPs to meet student needs.
Provide direct therapy services, monitoring student progress and modifying treatments as needed.
Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to address communication challenges effectively.
Conduct screenings, document findings, and engage in team discussions for coordinated planning.
Advocate for students, offer training to staff, and engage in professional development to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Kansas SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
School hours
Clinical/Technical Team on standby
