Job Requirements:

Master's Degree in Communications / Speech Pathology or Equivalent
Active License in the state of Pennsylvania + your residing state (if you do not reside in PA)
2 years minimum of school setting experience
Ability to pass a basic technology screening
ASHA CCC's
Professional Liability Insurance

1099 Contract Position
Caseload: K-12
Hours: Full-time
General speech language pathologist duties

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, evaluating students' strengths and areas for growth.
Design and implement personalized therapy plans tailored to students' unique needs, targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
Implement our cutting-edge online platform to engage students in interactive and engaging therapy sessions, employing creative techniques and resources.
Actively monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and school staff to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
Collaborate with Student Support Teams with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support a collaborative approach to student success.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required administrative records.
