Key Responsibilities:

• Remote Evaluations and Interventions:
  • Conduct online evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, voice, hearing, and language disorders.
  • Design and implement individualized intervention programs to address each student's specific needs in communication, language development, articulation, and social communication.
• Collaborative Support:
  • Work closely with teachers and school staff remotely to ensure effective implementation of intervention strategies.

Experience and Certifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a school-based environment.
• Required Certifications:
  • Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Certification from the Indiana Department of Education.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: 24-30 hours per week for the 2024-2025 school year.
• Compensation: $50-$55 per hour, depending on virtual and school-based experience.
• Caseload: Elementary and middle school students with mild to moderate needs, supported by an onsite aide/facilitator.
• Contract Type: Independent contractor position, requiring professional and general liability insurance.
• Payment: Weekly pay for services rendered.
