This full-time teletherapy position is ideal for an SLP with prior experience in school settings who is eager to provide virtual services. Key Responsibilities:
- Remote Evaluations and Interventions:
- Conduct online evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, voice, hearing, and language disorders.
- Design and implement individualized intervention programs to address each student's specific needs in communication, language development, articulation, and social communication.
- Collaborative Support:
- Work closely with teachers and school staff remotely to ensure effective implementation of intervention strategies.
Experience and Certifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a school-based environment.
- Required Certifications:
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Certification from the Indiana Department of Education.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Position Details:
- Work Schedule: 24-30 hours per week for the 2024-2025 school year.
- Compensation: $50-$55 per hour, depending on virtual and school-based experience.
- Caseload: Elementary and middle school students with mild to moderate needs, supported by an onsite aide/facilitator.
- Contract Type: Independent contractor position, requiring professional and general liability insurance.
- Payment: Weekly pay for services rendered.
