Job Description:

1. Evaluating, planning and implementing appropriate individualized speech therapy programs for each student based on treatment plan goals developed in partnership with educators and parents.
2. Monitoring services and providing progress information that will enable each student to develop their personal goals, preferences and needs.
3. Employing speech therapy strategies and techniques during each session to improve the development of speech and communication skills, receptive and expressive language, cognition, and memory while meeting the individual age-appropriate needs of each child in their natural environment.
4. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
2. Valid Arizona state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
3. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
4. Must have experience in school settings.
5. {Preferably familiar with in using virtual therapy platforms and technology for remote sessions. 
6. Reliable internet and a home computer with up to date software. 
7. Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
