Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an opportunity to support students remotely? We are seeking a talented SLP to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you’ll assist students in overcoming communication barriers and reaching their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and offer personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and diagnose disorders in speech, language, and fluency, creating and applying IEPs for individualized support.
• Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and revise plans to adapt to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support communication development.
• Conduct screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and engage in team meetings for coordinated planning.
• Advocate for students, offer training and resources to staff, and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
• Delaware SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
