You’ll engage with students from various backgrounds, helping them overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Provide therapy services, monitor student outcomes, and revise treatment plans as needed.
• Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to support communication development for students.
• Conduct screenings, maintain documentation, and contribute to team discussions for effective planning.
• Champion advocacy for students, offer training to staff, and engage in professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Florida Teaching Certification preferred
• Florida SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
