Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a remote, 1099 contract role. In this position, you will provide speech therapy services to children or adults via a secure online platform, making a meaningful impact on clients' lives from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote speech therapy to K-12 students or adults, depending on the assignment
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Use evidence-based techniques to enhance communication skills
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure effective service delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and care in all interactions

Qualifications:

• A valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
• Experience in clinical or educational settings with children or adults
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms or willingness to undergo training
• Reliable internet connection to manage remote sessions efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and progress reporting
