As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions that cater to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and evaluate communication disorders including speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement tailored IEPs.
• Provide direct therapeutic services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support the communication needs of students.
• Conduct screenings, maintain thorough documentation, and actively participate in planning meetings.
• Advocate for students’ communication requirements, stay informed on the latest research, and pursue professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Vermont Teaching Certification required
• Active Vermont SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
