Virginia School Psychologist Remote Position (2024/2025 School Year)

VocoVision specializes in offering schools access to skilled tele-practitioners like you. Our platform provides remote support, allowing you to work with a caseload of K-12 students. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities for the 2024/2025 school year, as well as upcoming roles for the 2025/2026 school year.
Position Overview:
VocoVision’s platform lets School Psychologists work remotely with K-12 students using a HIPAA/FERPA compliant system. We offer training, technical support, and tools to help you transition your in-person practices to an online environment.
Job Details & Responsibilities:
- Full-Time Role: 37.5 hours per week
- Virtual assessments and observations with onsite facilitator
- Mixed caseload, focusing on mild to moderate students
- Opportunities for assessments with higher-functioning students
- Weekly payment
- Flexible, self-managed work hours
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School or Educational Psychology
- Valid Virginia licensure
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are an advantage for bilingual assessments
- Experience with IEPs
- Strong communication skills
Contract Requirements:
- Provide direct services or evaluations
- Collect data, write reports, and communicate with parents outside of school hours
- Collaborate with school staff and parents as needed
- Timely IEP documentation, progress reports, and evaluations
- Case management, including scheduling and conducting IEP meetings
