Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to work remotely as part of our virtual behavioral health team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders by providing assessment, analysis, and intervention services through telehealth.


  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers, parents, and other team members.
  • Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and telehealth services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Valid state licensure as a BCBA (if applicable).
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Proficient in using telehealth technology and related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
