Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to work remotely as part of our virtual behavioral health team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders by providing assessment, analysis, and intervention services through telehealth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs.
Provide training and support to caregivers, parents, and other team members.
Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for clients.
Stay current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and telehealth services.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Valid state licensure as a BCBA (if applicable).
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Proficient in using telehealth technology and related software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
