Virtual – Illinois - School Psychologist
Seeking a Virtual School Psychologist to provide support to students in Illinois, parents, deliver counseling sessions, develop intervention plans, and maintain accurate records. Must have a relevant degree, Illinois certification/licensure, and proficiency in technology platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans.
- Assist in the implementation of evidence-based interventions and strategies to enhance student success.
- Participate in virtual multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and parents on strategies to support students' mental health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all interactions and interventions in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Illinois certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience in virtual school psychology preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and time management.
- Empathy, patience, and commitment to student success.
