Remote Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) – Minnesota
VocoVision is hiring Teachers of the Visually Impaired in Minnesota for an exciting remote opportunity. Leverage your skills to provide personalized support to PreK-12 students through live virtual sessions. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work while making a significant impact.

Job Details:

Hourly Pay: $44-$54/hr
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Caseload: PreK-12 students
Schedule: Full-time

Qualifications:

A master’s degree in Visual Impairments Education or related field
Minnesota state certification for teaching visually impaired students
Prior experience with visually impaired learners
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual lessons, assessments, and consultations
Create and adapt educational plans to meet individual student needs
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school staff

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Liability insurance coverage
Reliable internet and computer setup
Successful completion of a technology check
