Primary Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• License: Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required.

• Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Experience: School-based experience preferred; teletherapy experience a plus.

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to work efficiently with virtual platforms and digital tools.

• Fingerprint Clearance: IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
