Are you passionate about providing speech therapy to students and excited by the potential of virtual education? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support both high school and elementary school students across Illinois. This fully remote position gives you the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on students' academic and personal growth.
Note: This is a remote position, but candidates must hold valid Illinois licensure and be eligible to practice in their state of residence.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Must be from an accredited program meeting Illinois state requirements.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP): You must have a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Illinois Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for Illinois licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- PEL (Teaching Certificate): A Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois is required to serve in educational settings.
- Experience: At least two years of experience working with high school and/or elementary students in school settings is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with students, families, and school staff.
