Requirements::

• Licensed to practice in the state of Vermont
• Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field, with a National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) certification.
• Comfortable with handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain confidentiality and always adhere to professional standards and ethics.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a school psychologist.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to provide support to students and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as needed to ensure seamless communication.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to support student academic and emotional success.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Provide psychological services to students in need, such as counseling, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with students, parents, and school personnel.
• Familiarity with video conferencing technology and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry terminology and best practices and seek out ongoing professional development opportunities to improve your skills.
