Teletherapy - Pennsylvania School Social Worker

VocoVision has partnered with a K-12 district in Pennsylvania seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Worker to support their students in a remote setting.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Social Work
• License for Social Work in Pennsylvania
• Certification from Pennsylvania Department of Education in School Social Work
• 2 years of experience in schools
• Access to strong WiFi

Job Description:

• Supports with behavioral and socioemotional multi-tiered systems of support.
• Provides mental health minutes for students with IEPs. Performs socio-emotional evaluations and writes reports for students with IEPs. Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Maintains student records, such as referral date, documentation of student support services, and interventions.
• Guides the development and implementation of initial and ongoing referral, coordination, and follow-up of a variety of additional services for students (e.g., mental health services, after school programming, mentoring, etc.).
