Responsibilities: As a Virtual School Special Education Teacher, you will:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction and support to students through virtual classrooms, interactive activities, and personalized learning plans.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure students' academic and social success.
• Assess students' progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Utilize technology tools effectively to enhance virtual teaching and learning experiences.

Requirements:

• Valid Special Education teaching license in the state of Minnesota.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Proven experience in providing special education services.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using technology and virtual teaching platforms.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
