Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a dedicated SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to students.

In this role, you’ll assist diverse students in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. Partner with educators, parents, and professionals to develop tailored education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Deliver therapy services, track progress, and adjust treatment methods as needed.
  • Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.
  • Conduct evaluations, keep detailed records, and actively engage in team meetings for planning.
  • Promote students’ needs, stay updated on field research, and engage in professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Washington Teaching Certification required in some districts
  • Washington SLP license required
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
    • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

  • 1099 Position 
  • Guaranteed Weekly Hours
  • Hourly Rate: $45-$55
    • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
  • School hours
  • Clinical/Technical Team on standby
