Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist: Help Students Reach Their Full Potential!

Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a meaningful difference from home? We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to provide top-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you’ll work closely with students, helping them overcome communication barriers and achieve their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design individualized IEPs to address unique needs.
Provide direct therapy services, monitor outcomes, and adjust treatment as necessary.
Work alongside teachers, parents, and staff to address communication challenges and support students’ goals.
Conduct screenings, maintain records, and engage in team meetings for coordinated planning.
Advocate for students’ communication needs, offer training to staff, and engage in continuous professional growth.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
Massachusetts SLP license required
Massachusetts teaching certification required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus

Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
School hours
Clinical/Technical Team on standby
