In this role, you will support a diverse student population in overcoming communication barriers and reaching their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create tailored education plans (IEPs) and provide personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose speech, language, and fluency issues; build and roll out individualized IEPs.
- Offer direct therapy services, check progress, and switch things up if needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to help kids thrive.
- Conduct evaluations, stay organized with records, and attend team planning sessions.
- Advocate for students, provide staff training, and keep growing professionally.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Alabama Teaching Certification required
- Alabama SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:

- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$45
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
