Position Details:

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop, review, and update IEPs.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement appropriate interventions.
Maintain regular communication with parents and lead IEP meetings.
Adapt curriculum and classroom settings to support students’ needs.
Design and implement behavioral intervention plans, utilizing positive reinforcement techniques.
Track student progress, adjust interventions as necessary, and document outcomes.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Special Education
Developmental Delay License
Valid teaching certification in Minnesota
Minimum of 2 years of Special Education Case Management experience
Extensive experience hosting virtual meetings via Zoom
Strong organizational and communication skills
