Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing the unique needs, strengths, and challenges of students and developing personalized education plans.
• Managing the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's specific requirements.
• Engaging in virtual IEP meetings with parents and school staff to focus on individual student IEPs.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating students' progress, making necessary adjustments as required.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master s Degree in Special Education.
• Possess Special Education certification in the state of Massachusetts.
• Have a minimum of two years of prior Special Education experience.
• Maintain professional liability insurance coverage.
