We are excited to announce a remote Special Education Teacher position in the Manchester area of New Hampshire. This role offers the flexibility of independent contracting, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a positive impact on students' lives. To be considered for this position, candidates should have a minimum of two years of prior experience in an educational setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess students' unique needs, strengths, and challenges by developing personalized education plans.
- Create and oversee Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's specific requirements.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings with parents and school staff, focusing on individual student IEPs.
- Regularly monitor and track students' ongoing progress, making necessary adjustments as required.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master s Degree in Special Education.
- Possess Special Education certification in New Hampshire.
- Have a minimum of two years of Special Education experience.
- Maintain professional liability insurance coverage.
Additional Information:
- Our contracts are structured as 1099 independent contractor agreements.
- Full-time contracted hours (details below).
- Commitment of 37.5 hours per week for direct and indirect services.
