We offer a range of services to support students in their academic journey and personal growth, and we're looking to expand our team with a skilled and passionate Remote DHH Teacher.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Remote Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing and possess the ability to create engaging and effective remote learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver individualized and group lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
Use a variety of instructional techniques and technology to accommodate different learning styles.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and families to create and implement personalized education plans (IEPs).
Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to students, parents, and school administrators.
Stay current with best practices and new developments in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Certification or licensure in Deaf Education or related area.
Proven experience teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and/or other relevant communication methods.
Strong understanding of remote teaching tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
