Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders; develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
• Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans based on evolving needs.
• Work closely with educators, parents, and staff to provide effective communication support.
• Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and engage in team meetings to ensure comprehensive planning.
• Champion student advocacy, offer resources to staff, and pursue continuous professional learning.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Florida Teaching Certification preferred
• Florida SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
