Are you a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a meaningful impact? We are looking for an experienced SLP to provide top-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you’ll work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate communication barriers and achieve their academic goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions that meet each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders; create individualized IEPs to support student development.
Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and revise treatment strategies to promote student success.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address communication barriers.
Conduct screenings, keep accurate records, and contribute to team meetings for coordinated support.
Advocate for students, train staff, and engage in professional development to maintain expertise.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
Florida SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $35-$45
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
School hours
Clinical/Technical Team on standby
