Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about helping students thrive? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic SLP to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you’ll connect with a diverse group of students, supporting them in overcoming communication barriers and reaching their academic potential. As a crucial member of our teletherapy team, you’ll partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and apply individualized IEPs to support student needs.
Deliver direct therapy services, track student progress, and make treatment modifications as necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective communication strategies are in place.
Perform screenings, maintain detailed documentation, and actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Advocate for students, train staff on best practices, and stay current with professional development.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
Massachusetts SLP license required
Massachusetts teaching certification required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
School hours
Clinical/Technical Team on standby
