Position Summary: Currently, we are in the process of interviewing dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to deliver services remotely to a school district in Ohio. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to work with diverse student populations, effect profound change in their lives, and elevate your professional career, all from the comfort of your own home.
Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Massachusetts state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Completion of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • ASHA CCC's certification
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting
  • Demonstrated expertise in speech and language development, communication disorders, and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Familiarity with telepractice tools and platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivation and strong time management skills, enabling the ability to work independently and remotely

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, establishing specific goals and objectives
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders through telepractice
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to student support
  • Monitor student progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and meticulously document all services provided
